В статье рассматривается принцип социальной справедливости и его реализация в сфере здравоохранения. Ее актуальность несомненна в условиях реформирования отрасли и наметившихся в ней диспропорций. Основным методом является аксиологический анализ, определяющий общее отношение к нравственным и социальным аспектам медицинского обслуживания в России. Результатом исследования является представление о справедливости как этически обоснованном способе решения вопросов здравоохранения на основе признаваемого всеми приоритета интересов сохранения жизни и здоровья людей. Она основывается на соизмеримости и соответствии потребностей в медицинских услугах и возможностей имеющихся учреждений. В выводах обосновывается необходимость использования дополнительного – морального регулятора отношений в этой сфере. Отмечается, что интересы граждан по поддержанию полноценной жизни и здоровья лежат в основе политики социального государства.
The article discusses the principle of social justice and its implementation in the healthcare sector. The relevance of the topic is unquestionable in the context of the medical branch reforming and, thereafter, the emerging imbalances in it. The main method applied is axiological analysis which determines the general attitude towards the moral and social aspects of medical care in Russia. The result of the research is the idea of justice as an ethically justifed means of solving healthcare issues based on the generally recognized priority of the interests relevant to preserving people's life and health. Justice is based on the commensurability and correspondence of the needs for medical services and the potential of available institutions. The conclusions substantiate the need to use an additional moral regulator of the relationships in the discussed area. It is admitted that the citizens’ interest in maintaining a healthy style of life is the core priority in the policy of a welfare state.
