Предмет исследования – программа цифровой экономики России на 2019–2024 гг. как социокультурный феномен. Целью работы является изучение проблем перехода на цифровое образование в России через призму цифровой экономики, прогнозы и возможные социальные последствия этого перехода. В процессе работы применялся историко-философский метод, благодаря которому удалось проанализировать некоторые этапы развития образования в России, и системно-диалектический метод. Результатом работы являются выводы о необходимости развития в России эволюционной педагогики, направленной на получение знания через призму широкого современного научного мировоззрения. Ведущей задачей эволюционной педагогики должно быть воспитание духовно-развитой, культурной, творчески-созидающей личности, способной решать широкий спектр проблем, занимать активную жизненную позицию и осознавать ответственность не только за свою жизнь, но и за судьбу других людей в России и на планете. Цифровая экономика и цифровые технологии должны служить средством для достижения этой цели, улучшения жизни и благосостояния граждан страны. Успешному внедрению нацпроекта будет способствовать создание «цифровой экологии» в рамках «духовной экологии».
The subject of the study is the program of the digital economy of Russia for 2019-2024 as a sociocultural phenomenon. The purpose of the work is to study the problems of transition to digital education in Russia through the lens of the digital economy, forecasts and possible social consequences of this transition. In the process of work the historical and philosophical method was used, thanks to which it was possible to analyze some stages of development of education in Russia, and systemically dialectical. The result of the work is conclusions about the need to develop evolutionary pedagogy in Russia aimed at obtaining knowledge through the lens of a wide modern scientific world view. The leading task of evolutionary pedagogy should be the education of a spiritual-developed, cultural, creative-building person who can solve a wide range of problems, take an active life position and realize responsibility not only for his life, but also for the fate of other people in Russia and on the planet. The digital economy and digital technology should serve as a means of achieving this goal, improving the lives and well-being of the citizens of the country. The successful introduction of the national project will be facilitated by the creation of a "digital ecology" within the framework of spiritual ecology.
