В условиях современных реалий становится актуальной проблематика гендерной теории физического воспитания. Основы дифференциации по гендерному признаку лежат не только в плоскости таких смежных наук, как возрастная физиология, гигиена, теория и методика физического воспитания, педагогика, детская психология и т.п., но и усматриваются в глубоком социально-философском подходе к решению вопросов данной области. Внимание к этому вопросу прослеживается даже в период античности, являющийся эпохой зарождения научного знания. Цель исследования – выявить основные признаки развития гендерной теории в области развития физической культуры и спорта (в античный период). В статье использовались методы теоретического анализа, историко-описательный метод, синтез-вычленения структур, сравнения. Выявлены основные концепты учета гендерного подхода в физическом воспитании, представленные в следующих различиях: различия по продолжительности двигательной активности, различия по объему физической нагрузки, различия по интенсивности двигательной деятельности; определены основные аспекты здоровья и социальной полоролевой идентификации в рамках развития гендерной теории физического воспитания в учениях представителей античной философии.
In the conditions of modern realities, the problem of gender theory of physical education becomes relevant. The basics of gender differentiation lie not only in the plane of such related sciences as developmental physiology, hygiene, theory and methodology of physical education, pedagogy, child psychology, etc., but are also seen in a deep socio-philosophical approach to solving problems in this area. Attention to this issue can be traced even in the period of antiquity, which is the era of the birth of scientifc knowledge. Purpose of the research: to identify the main features of the development of gender theory in the development of physical culture and sports (in the ancient period). Methods: the article used the methods of theoretical analysis, the historical-descriptive method, synthesis-isolation of structures, comparison. Results: the main concepts of taking into account the gender approach in physical education were revealed, presented in the following differences: differences in the duration of physical activity, differences in the volume of physical activity, differences in the intensity of physical activity; the main aspects of health and social gender-role identifcation in the framework of the development of the gender theory of physical education in the teachings of representatives of ancient philosophy are determined. Field of application of the results: the pedagogical process of physical education.
