Author Guidelines
Articles, the authors of which are academic scientists, university professors, doctoral students and post-graduate students, are accepted for publication in the scientific journal "Humanities and Social Sciences Bulletin". Articles of students are not accepted even in co-authorship with candidates of sciences and doctors of sciences. The submitted materials must be independent author's works that meet the criteria of scientific character, or represent an independent expert opinion on the problem.
Algorithm for working with the article
- The article is uploaded to the journal's website! The article is loaded in two files. An article is loaded into the main file, and one more document “Sources and references” and “Author Information” is loaded into the additional file.
- When uploading, an automatic check for anti-plagiarism takes place. Works that have been checked using the ANTIPLAGIAT system with originality of at least 75% are accepted for publication. All articles are published in the author's edition. The recommended text volume is from 12,000 to 36,000 printed characters with spaces. The volume of the article is taken into account, without abstracts in Russian and English, without a list of references and the author information. If the originality is less than 75%, the article is sent for revision.
- In the case of sending an article simultaneously to different editions, the author is obliged to notify the editors about this.
- The technical editor checks the article within 7 days, makes comments to the author. The article is sent to the author for revision.
- After correcting the comments, the author re-uploads the article to the site.
- The technical editor checks the article again, makes a conclusion: send the article again for revision or recommend for review.
- Reviewing is carried out by 2 reviewers. In the case of a dispute, the Editorial Board has the right to engage an external expert.
- In the case of two negative reviews, the article is rejected without the right to resubmit the material. The editorial board does not enter into correspondence and polemics with the authors.
