Abstract

The concept and mechanism of functioning of medical insurance in Russia at the beginning of the market reforms of the 1990s did not appear for the frst time. Russia has historically accumulated signifcant experience in the formation and development of medical insurance, which is of interest for research. Historically, the construction of the Russian model of compulsory medical insurance was formed largely on social principles.

Abstract

The article is devoted to Gorny Altai, which marked two historical dates in 2021: the 265th anniversary of the voluntary entry of the Altai people into Russia and the 30th anniversary of the formation of the republic. These two events were preceded by a rich and eventful history of its settlement and development, the formation as a region where peoples of different ethnic, confessional, linguistic, cultural communities have lived peacefully for a long time.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the life and professional path of the outstanding Kuzbass heliometeorologist Anatoly Vitalievich Dyakov, who created the Camille Flammarion heliometeorological observatory in the village of Temirtau, located in the south of the Kemerovo region. Received during his lifetime the honorary nickname "God of the Weather", A. V. Dyakov fully justifed it, predicting hurricanes, foods, severe frosts and droughts not only in the USSR, but also in a number of foreign countries. A warning to the Cuban leadership about the devastating consequences of the approaching hurricane "Ines" prevented serious destruction on the "Island of Freedom". And the consequence of severe frosts in France, predicted by the Kuzbass "God of Weather", was a telescope donated to him, which is still operating in the "small observatory" in Temirtau. In conclusion, the authors propose a number of measures aimed at preserving the memory of A.V. Dyakov in his small homeland - Kuzbass.

Abstract

The article discusses the principle of social justice and its implementation in the healthcare sector. The relevance of the topic is unquestionable in the context of the medical branch reforming and, thereafter, the emerging imbalances in it. The main method applied is axiological analysis which determines the general attitude towards the moral and social aspects of medical care in Russia. The result of the research is the idea of justice as an ethically justifed means of solving healthcare issues based on the generally recognized priority of the interests relevant to preserving people's life and health. Justice is based on the commensurability and correspondence of the needs for medical services and the potential of available institutions. The conclusions substantiate the need to use an additional moral regulator of the relationships in the discussed area. It is admitted that the citizens’ interest in maintaining a healthy style of life is the core priority in the policy of a welfare state.

The idea of the article is that modern computer science raises problems of a philosophical nature, which include issues related to the methodological function of the information world-view. Computer science uses the method of the information approach and methods of information modeling of the studied phenomena. The essence of the methodological function of the informational picture of the world is that in the study of any object, process or phenomenon in nature and society, information aspects are frst of all identifed and analyzed, which are most characteristic of them, determining their state and development.

The article is devoted to the study of the initial ideas of junior students about artifcial intelligence systems. 440 students of clinical specialists training programs took part in the sociological survey.

Abstract

With the outbreak of COVID-19 in a situation of information boom, a pandemic of disinformation becomes infodemic, that is, a pandemic of incorrect information that poses great risks to society on a global scale. This article is devoted to the nature of the origin and the principles of operation of the so-called «fake» news. This article is devoted to the nature of the origin and the principles of operation of the so-called «fake» news. Currently, the problem of protecting Russian society from the destructive impact of deliberately false information thrown into the information space (the socalled «fake news») is acquiring special urgency. Today, any catastrophe or terrorist act is accompanied by the stuffng of fake news that provokes fear and panic among the population, the spread of rumors and speculation that creates the danger of political destabilization of society. The practical signifcance of this publication lies in focusing public attention on the phenomenon of fake news as a factor infuencing public consciousness and the emergence of a number of socio-psychological consequences of this impact. The authors come to the conclusion that fake news, being an instrument of manipulation in the information society, has a destructive effect on public consciousness, and entail certain socio-psychological consequences of its transformation.

Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the components of emotional intelligence and their relationship with the level of communicative control of the individual, the parameters of assertiveness (confdence, decisiveness and independence, autonomy) and the properties of aggressive behavior (aggressiveness and hostility). Most of the young people surveyed have an average and low level of integrative indicators in the structure of emotional intelligence. Such values are provided by rather low values of communicative control, an average level of confdence, decisiveness and a low level of independence and autonomy of the individual. Low rates of aggressiveness and hostility contribute to the optimal values of the components of emotional intelligence: self-motivation and recognition of the emotions of other people.

Abstract

It is rather diffcult to defne, thoroughly analyze and comprehensively study the phenomenon of socio-psychological adaptation of students with visual impairments to the environment of an educational institution of higher professional education. This is due to the fact that often problem areas of socio-psychological research are associated with the study of maladaptive factors affecting this process. In addition, socio-psychological adaptation is diagnosed in the absence of indicators of disadaptation of the student, while an independent phenomenon, it is not suffciently studied. The purpose of the study is to determine the specifcity of the socio-psychological adaptation of students with visual impairments while studying at a university. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were formulated: 1) to identify the structural components of the socio-psychological adaptation of visually impaired university students; 2) determine the stages of social and psychological adaptation of students with visual impairments and characterize their content; 3) substantiate research methods and procedures at each stage of socio-psychological adaptation. The article used the methods of theoretical analysis, descriptive method, synthesis-isolation of structures, comparison. Scope of the results: educational process in a higher educational institution, the pedagogical process of physical education, correctional pedagogy, psychological and pedagogical support of students with disabilities.

Abstract

The article considers the modeling of the process of interaction between a teacher and a student based on the principles of cooperation, taking into account psychological aspects. The interaction of teachers and students at the university should have a wide range of tools that ensure the development of skills and abilities of students. One of the most important points in this is the interaction that develops between the teacher and the student: entering into subjective relations and being an active participant in them, the student begins to perceive the implemented methods of communication as the norm, as his individual choice. Therefore, the purpose of the study was the interaction of the teacher of students within the educational process of the university on the basis of the principles of cooperation, taking into account psychological aspects.

Abstract

The intensive development of science and technology implies an increase in the number of highly specialized technical terms, as well as terms that go beyond the system of special concepts, which entails the need for their classifcation. The article deals with issues related to the ordering and systematization of term systems. The description of hydraulic engineering terms classifcation is presented on the material of the English language. Modern methods of term lexical meaning analysis, as well as general scientifc methods of description and observation, the method of analysis and generalization of scientifc, scientifc and practical literature were used.
