A signifcant number of scientifc works by Soviet and Russian researchers are devoted to the functioning of the prisons of anti-Bolshevik governments during the Civil War. For a long time, they focused on characterizing the containment regime. However, not enough is known about the staff of these institutions, in particular about the managers. This publication contains an analysis of the composition of the heads of prisons in Eastern Siberia. As an example - the fate of one of the chiefs of prisons in Eastern Siberia Yu. A. Feyfer.

The article presents a historical study of the archival photograph of 1942, which shows a part of the personnel of the sanitary company of the 845th rife regiment before being sent to the front. The author makes an attempt to examine the military fate of the heroes of the photograph using digitized documents from the Central Archives of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The work raises questions about the specifcs of manning the sanitary company of a rife regiment, about the feat of medical workers during the Great Patriotic War.

The religious and philosophical understanding focuses on the problem of human vocation and destiny, the problem of accepting and following your individual life path, self-creation. The study of the problem of vocation and purpose opens up a number of issues that require refection: fate, freedom, meaning-making, self-creation, subjectivity and authorship of one's own life project. In philosophical dictionaries, "vocation" is understood as a special disposition, inclination or attraction of a person to some kind of activity, the work of his whole life. The Christian tradition offers an understanding of vocation as the Divine will acting in a person and society, directing to the good, realizing the Divine Providence. It seems to us an important step towards the integration of defnitions and the formulation of theses that orient a person on his individual path of vocation and purpose. We are talking about a person's need for adapted, understandable at the level of everyday life, orienting knowledge. Theses that reveal the essence of vocation and purpose for everyday consciousness are the purpose of our research.

The article presents the rating of youth subcultures in the territories of the Ural Federal District, the Siberian Federal District and the North-Western Federal District. A comparative analysis of values, norms, worldview, lifestyle, paraphernalia, segmented analysis of free time, the role of the Internet, and the analysis of consumed content allows us to conclude about the formation of destructive trends within the subcultures of anime, Goth, emo, and punk. Roleplayers and hipsters are less susceptible to this process. The results of this study can be used in preventive work with young people in order to prevent destructive manifestations in society.

The article analyzes China-Belarusian relations. The official relations between two states were established in 1992, but the rapid development in their bilateral relations was achieved only after the announcement of the One Belt One Road Initiative. Moreover, the geographical location of Belarus makes it an advantageous participant in the initiative and gives it the opportunity to develop closer and mutually beneficial relations between the two states. The article also examines the economic relations between China and Belarus, including trade and investment, which largely determines the prospects for the development of Sino-Belarusian relations today.

In this article, the issues of the state and dynamics of the realization of rights and freedoms in the republic are considered, in order to achieve the goal and objectives, the monitoring and analysis of legal awareness and the effectiveness of obtaining legal information by citizens of Kazakhstan, the observance/ degree of realization of rights in the regions of Kazakhstan, as well as the analysis of the effectiveness of legal organizations. The authors conclude that the situation with regard to the observance of human rights is far from perfect. Indirectly, this indicates the lack of systemic mechanisms to ensure the implementation and observance of human rights on the one hand, and the low legal culture of the population on the other. It is necessary to continue to develop activities to inform and involve citizens in the formation of a legal society using innovative approaches, social technologies and information channels.

The article analyzes the history of the emergence and spread of especially dangerous pandemics − plague, cholera, COVID-19 − and their impact on the development of world fne arts. The spread of the coronavirus has become a situation that poses a vital threat to a large part of humanity. The presence in the current pandemic of such factors as an invisible threat to life, uncertainty of the future, the inability to control the situation, makes it possible to compare it with previously studied traumatic events in human history. Refecting epidemics and related behavioral standards in the visual arts is an essential part of the arti cle. In this work, an attempt is made to study the phenom[1]enology of visual images of epidemics in art. This dictates the need to study the peculiarities of the mental state of people who feel the need for psychological help in order to highlight the targets of the work of psychologists and representatives of the arts.

A part of the terms in each terminological system is represented by metaphor terms. Their study is of scientifc interest for the theory of the formation of professional language systems and the theory of thermal formation. This study is dedicated to this.
