Abstract

The subject of the research is the illegal publishing activities of Siberian party groups of anarchists. General scientific (induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis) and specific historical (problem-chronological, comparative-historical, retrospective, prospective, content analysis) research methods are used. On the basis of the first introduced into scientific circulation archival historical sources the authors received new results, relying on which they made evidential conclusions about the patterns and features of the peaceful, creative work of the Siberian anarchist groups, the main of which was publishing activity. It consisted of organizational, ideological preparation and release of printed and handwritten publications leaflets, proclamations, party documentation.

A conclusion was made about the insufficiency and weakness of the publishing activity of the anarchists in comparison with the Siberian party groups of other revolutionary parties: the social democrats and socialist revolutionaries. This is explained, on the one hand, by the extreme small number and instability of the anarchist groups, the absence of propaganda personnel, and on the other hand, by the underestimation of propaganda and publishing work by the anarchists themselves, who prefer terrorist and expropriatory "direct action".

Attention is paid to establishing the publishers of specific publications, the date of their release, and the production techniques, although it is not possible to fully determine these parameters due to the absence of original anarchist publications in the archives and the need to judge them only by incomplete police copies. An assessment is given of the influence of general party and foreign literature on local publications, and joint actions of anarchists with representatives of other party groups and non-party organizations regarding publishing work are traced. The main result of the study is confirmation, using the example of local Siberian anarchist groups, of the patterns of development of Russian anarchism, including the orientation toward extremist methods to the detriment of peaceful, creative work, which at best was considered only auxiliary and secondary.

PHILOLOGY, LINGUISTICS

Abstract

This scientific research examines the specifics of the linguistic representation of one of the main somatic concepts – the concept "head". It establishes that somatic vocabulary is one of the primary representatives of a person's physical and mental state. The article is devoted to the description of the epithetation of the concept "head" in M. Tsvetaeva's poetry. The subject of the analysis is the specificity of the figurative attribution of the concept hеad in the M. Tsvetaeva's poetic language, identification of the general linguistic and occasional in the characterization of this concept. It is demonstrated that in the Russian linguistic worldview, the head is presented as a conceptual metaphor for the seat of the human mind, and the attribution of the head is associated not so much with its appearance as with an indication of the subject's rationality or unreasonableness, or frivolity. The prevalence of metonymic logic in epithetation is confirmed. It has been established that for M. Tsvetaeva's idiolect, the primary focus of poetic understanding of reality is the connection between "man and world," and somatic vocabulary and anthropomorphic epithets predominate. The head, along with other basic somatic concepts (eyes, hand, lips), is meticulously attributed by the poet. The main directions of conceptual epitheting are the emphasis on such attributes as exuberance, fatigue, and fairness. A phytomorphic code, comparing the head to a flower, is also active. The presence of occasional attributes of the head, its comparison with a mountain, a lyre indicates a bright occasional specificity of the epithet.

Methods of material analysis. The research based on methods such as analysis of lexicographic sources and databases, contextual analysis, lexical-semantic and conceptual analysis, and quantitative analysis of linguistic units.

Abstract

The subject of this study is the functional characteristics of communicative tasks used to create conditions for team communication among all participants in the learning process at the pre- and post-text stages of working with a professionally oriented text. The object of study is professionally oriented communicative tasks structured into a communicative scheme model, which enables the development of team communication skills in students at various stages of working with a medical text. The study analyzes and summarizes the experience of practical application of communication schemes in the structure of organizing the educational communication activities of students with the aim of using each stage of working with text to develop interaction skills in the format of team professionally oriented communication. The interactive technologies that create an environment for team communication is analyzed. The relevance of this study lies in the search for interactive tools that facilitate the creation of conditions under which the principles of team communication can be successfully implemented at all stages of text processing. The study revealed that at the advanced stage of teaching foreign languages in medicine, technologies and tools for working with text are in demand, which facilitate the transition from developing skills in narrow-format dialogic communication to developing team communication skills, making this type of educational activity a priority. It was found that implementing multi-level tasks formulated in communication frameworks develops students’ critical thinking, fosters corporate decision-making skills, and develops respectful team communication skills relevant for their future profession. The scientific novelty of the study consists of an attempt to evaluate the effectiveness of replacing means simulating narrow-format dialogic communication with means of interactive communicative interaction in a team at all stages of working with an educational medical text.

INTERDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH

Abstract

In recent decades, the healthcare system has undergone significant qualitative changes: rapid technological advances, including AI, personnel shortages, and, at the same time, the growing prestige of the medical profession, the use of economic incentives to enhance the profession’s prestige, etc.

Changes in the healthcare system also impact the patient as a recipient of medical care: patients are becoming more autonomous, informed, and demanding, trusting less in the doctor’s opinion, and considering themselves equal to “experts”.

The realization that patients are different, and the de-romanticization of the medical profession, begins during the training of medical students, as they transition from the preclinical to the clinical stage of training.

The topic of changing patient image during the transition from the preclinical to the clinical stage of training is understudied in modern scientific literature, but is gaining relevance in light of the need to improve the quality of medical care, medical personnel shortages, burnout, and professional abandonment.

The subject of this study is the image of the patient as perceived by medical students. Research methods: questionnaire survey, content analysis, and hermeneutic literature review.

The study concluded that the image of the patient in medical students' minds changes during the transition from preclinical to clinical training.
