Abstract

The article provides a specific, functional, meaningful analysis of the documentation of the State Archive of the Khabarovsk Krai, concerning the state and activities of the political underground in the Far East at the beginning of the 20th century. Analyzed materials relating to all types of political underground: radical revolutionary, moderate revolutionary and evolutionary. Particular attention is paid to the revolutionary underground, represented in the Far East by political groups of the Social Democratic Party, the Socialist Revolutionary Party and anarchist groups.
An objective display of the state and activities of the revolutionary underground was facilitated by the study of the documentation of the fund of the Vladivostok security department, which made it possible to give an idea of the state and regional system of secret political investigation, the main object of which was the radical revolutionary underground. An analysis of the fund's documentation made it possible to make a contribution to the disclosure of the poorly studied problem of socialist unity, which consists in the facts of organizational unity and joint political action of the Socialist-Revolutionaries and Social Democrats. When considering this problem, the main attention is paid to the group of sources «intelligence reports» compiled by the security department on the basis of data from the «sexots» and «filers» introduced into the revolutionary organizations.
Conclusions are drawn about the scientific significance of specific documents coming from both the underground organizations themselves and government agencies. The documents of the Dalistpart fund, which are leaflets, proclamations, cash reports of the underground organizations themselves, are analyzed in detail. The managerial, ideological, cognitive functions of this documentation are revealed. Documents from the State Archives of the KhabarovskKrai made it possible to give a comprehensive picture of the political underground of the entire Far Eastern Territory, which at the time being studied was part of the Amur Governorate General, including the CER Exclusion Zone.

Abstract

The subject of the study is communication in the field of healthcare and the main features of its functioning. The paper focuses on the moral aspect of information interaction and its normative - value platform. The general research approach is related to the theory of social communication. The author uses a discursive method which allows to present the content and orientation of the communicative actions. A dialogue is interpreted as a specific way of communication functioning in medicine. The results of the study are suggestive of the ethical status of medical communication at different levels of social organization – in doctor- patient relationships, interaction among colleagues in a medical institution and in the society as a whole. The human nature of healthcare assumes its moral dimension involving mutual understanding, trust, consensus and cooperation. The fundamental features of such relationships are empathy, mercy, mutual respect, responsibility, effective assistance, etc. of the participants. The general conclusion of the research is the statement about the dominant nature of moral and humanistic relations in healthcare. Therefore, the entire medical communication should be based on ethical norms and attitudes. This requires moral consolidation of medical workers and citizens, as well as the improvement of medical service quality in compliance with the principles of universal morality.

Abstract

In modern society, the trend towards an increase in the number of destructive manifestations continues to grow, including among the youth. In this regard, it seems necessary to develop tools that allow for operational monitoring of large groups of people in order to identify potentially destructive behavior among young people and further preventive work.
The object of the research is destructive behavior in the youth environment. The subject is indicators of potentially destructive behavior of representatives of youth subcultures. In the course of the study, methods of questioning and content analysis were used.
During the 6 years of monitoring, rich theoretical and empirical material has been accumulated, the analysis of which made it possible to identify indicators of potentially destructive behavior in youth subcultures. In order to test the indicators in December 2021, the authors conducted a survey of students of educational institutions of the Siberian Federal District. 1310 questionnaires were analyzed. As a result of the work carried out, 18 risk group respondents were identified. The number of indicators triggered in their profiles is from 9 to 14, which indicates a different degree of destructive activity of the respondent. The brightest profiles are described in this research project.
Based on the foregoing, the authors conclude that the purpose of the study has been achieved, the testing of the indicators has been successful. Educational institutions, on the basis of which the study was conducted, were given recommendations for further work with risk group respondents.

Abstract

This study is caused by the need for early diagnosis of latent suicidal tendencies among young people. In the process of working with sources and literature, the authors revealed a lack of methods that meet the requirements for conducting monitoring surveys on large social groups. Thus, the problem of developing the required diagnostic tools is indicated. The authors point to the specifics of the requirements for questionnaires addressed to today's youth. The subject of the study is diagnostic markers of latent suicidal tendencies. To develop the tools, analytical work was carried out with information sources and the results of pilot studies, on the basis of which diagnostic markers were identified. Methods of questionnaire survey and content analysis were applied. The results of the study are the diagnostic markers themselves and a questionnaire with the appropriate scales. The theoretical basis for the development of diagnostic tools is the 10-part model of suicidal behavior by E. Shneidman. On the basis of the presented model, we formulated markers - scales of suicidal risk: frustration tension, projection of oneself into the future, self-attitude, behavior in a situation of frustration and the nature of experiences. Conclusions based on the results of the study: the testing of the compiled questionnaire was successful. Based on the results of a survey of monitoring respondents and subsequent content analysis, it became possible to form a suicidal risk group with subsequent recommendations for educational institutions.

Abstract

The subject of the study is an analysis of the dynamics of labor productivity in coal-mining regions over twelve years and an extrapolation of the established stable trends until 2024, in which the implementation of the national project «Labor Productivity and Employment Support» is completed. The goal of work is to formulate the main trends in the management of labor productivity and to study the experience of its increase at the mining enterprises of Kuzbass. During the study, the following methods were applied: statistical and dynamic analysis of changes in the labor productivity index using the extrapolation method and the construction of a polynomial trend line; content analysis of official websites of coal enterprises. A review of the opinions of specialists on the reasons for the decline in labor productivity is made and the main directions for its increase are outlined. As a result of the work, the following conclusions were obtained: according to statistical data, the labor productivity index in Russia is slightly declining, especially in the extractive industries; this negative trend will be avoided by new methods of personnel management, the development of social and labor relations, increasing the involvement of employees in the labor process and the formation of a constructive consciousness in them, the digitalization of all technological processes, the development of remuneration based on an effective contract, the application methods«Management by Objectives» ( Management by Objectives, MBO)» and «Key Performance Indicators (KPI)».

Abstract

The crises of political development in post-Soviet societies and states are characterized by a variety of specific forms and manifestations. Modern Ukraine is experiencing a longterm crisis associated with the destruction of key factors designed to ensure the stability of political and socio-economic models. The attempt of the current Ukrainian government to maintain the anti-Russian vector in politics and continue the liberal-monetarist course in the economy, coupled with a reduction in mobilization opportunities and a decrease in the electoral base of the regime, pushes it to an extraordinary decision – the gradual introduction of elements of dictatorship into political practice. The author of the presented work makes an attempt to analyze the political context, within which the course for the establishment of a personalized dictatorial power is implemented in the special political conditions of modern Ukraine, the specifics are characterized and the possible prospects of modern Ukrainian bonapartism are evaluated.
